Unico Zelo is an Australian wine producer with the motto “Wine for the People,” and they truly live up to it! Their “Esoterico” orange blend is their most popular wine, with a bit of a cult following in markets around the world. However, with their small production, it isn’t always easy to get! With two weeks of skin contact, this wine has developed a bit of a tannin structure that gives a textured, grippy mouthfeel. Enjoy zippy flavors of mandarin peel, black tea, and roses!
