The northern slopes of the active volcano Mt. Etna produce some of the
most complex and clean white wines in the world. Rich minerality from
the volcanic soils work with the perfect amount of cool temperatures
and bright sunlight to produce focused wines with great structure and
food pairing versatility. With the Tornatore Etna Bianco DOC, you can
expect flavors of green apple, nectarine, and river stones reminiscent
of a fine Chablis.
