Término Monte is a very silky and round golden ale with 40 IBUs that only have presence at the end of the drink, what predominate are the fruity notes both in the mouth and on the nose, coming from the use of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc wine grape must from a nearby vineyard and the use of two different yeasts that give the beer more fruitiness and roundness.
