Each batch of our bacon starts with thickly sliced pork belly, cured with salt and spices for ten days. Afterwards, we smoke it over a mesquite mix of apple- and cherry- wood. When its time in the smokehouse is finished, it's all ready to be packed up and sent to your door for you to enjoy.  1 Pound.
