A skin contact Pinot Grigio that is decidedly rusty in color, but
tastes more like a dry, savory rosé. Ripe melon, red pear, and a
creamy, textured mouthfeel from extended lees contact as well as the
extended skin maceration. Pullus embraces impactful, sustainable
practices in their winemaking. It sees no wood and is
naturally-fermented in stainless-steel vats with very low doses of
sulfur employed in accordance with traditional “hands off” winemaking.
