Gewürztraminer has been planted locally for centuries, brought by Saxon colonists that settled throughout Transylvania, and it does very well here. This is actually quite a gentle example that's softly aromatic and light. Expect a flowery bouquet of jasmine and citrus blossom. The florality continues to the palate, combining with flavors of pineapple, ginger and apricot before a slightly sweet finish.
