"Elya" showcases the classic Piedmontese Chardonnay character of
steely minerality and bright, luscious lemon, with a touch of green
apple. This summertime chardonnay is made from grapes that are
organically farmed by hand. Fermentation is done with native yeast in
stainless steel and very low amounts of sulfur are employed.
