Ercole, named after famed demi-god Hercules, is a generations-old cooperative winery made up of local farmers with small plots of Monferrato grapes! This gives the community the opportunity to control the product that is made from their families’ vines, as well as ensuring that the profits from these wines are allocated to the farmers rather than a larger company. 
 
This full liter of Barbera is fresh, ripe and bright with a juicy profile of red berries, cherries, minerals, and a balancing floral character.
