Balgera Rosso di Valtellina - Nebbiolo

A blend of 85% Nebbiolo and 15% other local varieties (such as Pignolo or Rossola Nera). The grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed, the fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, the wine is macerated for a total of about 10 days, then spends a year in tank and 4 more years in large (10,000L) barrels. Expect notes of strawberry and minerals. This wine is fresh, long and amazing for the price.
