Date Night Dinner At Home With Chef Tony Chittum
Chef Tony Chittum & Iron Gate restaurant have crafted a sensational summer menu clelbration to the verious vfarer Chef Anthony Chittum has crafted a date night inspired by what some of our favorite local farmers are harvesting right now. Chef’s menu is a celebration of the mid-Atlantic’s finest summer crops, featuring produce fresh from Earth N Eats, a small family farm in Waynesboro, PA, and Path Valley Farms, a Franklin, PA co-op that connects many of the Amish farmers in Franklin County.
The Golden State. Its name derived from a 16th century romance novel, California inspires heady thoughts of endless summers and incomparable sunsets; movie stars and Malibu surf; convertibles, cable cars and the Golden Gate (never mind the quakes); the gold rush and the good life. And of course, it's earned its rightful place as a magical host to so many of the world's greatest wines. And so, it’s with California on our minds that we present this week’s 4 bottle box set featuring a few of our sunny state favorites. An $85 retail value, yours right now for $65.
We can’t tell the days apart anymore, and suspect we’re in pretty good company is this regard. It does come with its advantages, however, one of those being that we need not wait for the weekend to indulge. For us, this means brunch - any day of the week, any time of the day. And to make it happen we’ve tasked our cadre of chefs to bring to bear their brunchiest best. From the various Casseroles to Cinnamon Rolls, Monkey Bread, Smoked Salmon, Mimosas and more, we have everything you need to jumpstart the day, any day, in high style.

Happiness Is Summer S’mores
Grill It, And They
Summertime means S’mores, and we’ve put together a nifty little kit to make yours a cinch this season. Buzz Bakeshop’s Chef Allie has assembled an easy-to-follow set with everything you need to make homemade graham crackers, along with housemade Marshmallows and Hershey’s Chocolate, but of course.
Neighborhood Provisions has expanded delivery to include all of Montgomery County! This includes same-day hot food and next-day provisions, beer, wine and spirits. Additionally, we now offer our Maryland friends the option to pick up orders at Owen’s Ordinary at Pike & Rose in North Bethesda (please indicate pick-up location at check-out). Our thanks in advance to one and all in the Old Line State, we look forward to serving you!
Where there’s smoke there’s bound to be flavor. Make Perfect Pies
Now that Summer’s in full swing, Pastry Chef Allie Cheppa has a pitch perfect peach-ginger pie for the long, hot days ahead. Made with the season’s peachiest peaches, fresh ginger, and a lemon streusel topping, this pie is pulling double duty - we’re donating proceeds of sales directly to Black Lives Matter DC and Together We Bake, two local organizations doing important work in our community.
Make no mistake, we love our restaurants, but if you’re dining outdoors, and let’s face it - we’re only outdoors if we’re dining out these days, then why not make it a picnic instead of a procedure? We’ve got three chef-driven (and booze-laden, should you choose) baskets to choose from that are sure to make your summer al fresco just a bit brighter. You bring the blanket, we’ve got everything else.

What Makes Neighborhood Provisions Different?
Simply put, this is a labor of love from the Neighborhood Restaurant Group. It is a joint effort of our incredible chefs, hospitable managers and beverage specialists to provide guests with what they need and support our staff and employees as best we can. Every purchase keeps people employed. Every dollar of revenue goes to provide paychecks for our staff, with the hope that we can rehire more of our furloughed employees the more orders we receive.
